Spookish Icon Update: 60 Icons!

I have a total of 60 icons in this update. They only fall into two categories with 30 a piece for each one. As always let me know what you think and you can always request something you like too! :D

I love this show and didn't really have any 'good' icons I could use to show my love, so I thought I better make some! Maybe you're a Jason Lee fan too? *shameless*

Normally with icons I do not consider them bases to be altered but in the case of some of the writing ones they can be used as such to add whatever you like to make them more attractive. :)

Books Galore!

Har har, I just went crazy and brought a truck load of books. They are many great classics that I have been wanting to read for a long time and I am so very excited (SCREEEAMMM) to get to read them. I brought most from Seek Books and some others from Ebay, depending on what was cheaper. But within the next week (hopefully) I will have 13 babies arriving at my door!

I don't know why I hadn't brought it before, I kept wanting to then started doing other things. But with so many good books, I have something to look forward to. :D

Win A Free Domain!

It has been a while since I have had the chance to give a free domain away and now that I am able to I thought I should take the opportunity and run with it. I love to be able to do this, because everyone deserves to have their chance for their first domain or even another one they have been longing to have, but are restricted by lack of funds.

Spookish Icon Update: 41 Icons!

Welcome to an icon update and this one is filled with all and only Sylar goodness. They are all random images from Season One. I had capped the whole season then just scrolled around in the folder plucking images out. I am not overly happy with the result and only like a few of these. I was rather furious at my computer for not working properly at the time, so maybe that is why? Sounds good anyway! ;D So anyway, we have 41 Sylar icons, I hope you shall enjoy them. Spookish Icon Update: 57 Icons!

Yes, I have been meaning to do this update for some time and I also had a request from killwrongs for some models, so spent some time making random model icons with images from this great site. I will most likely make some more in the future as these ladies are gorgeous! <33 I also made Britney Spears, Summer Heights High and T-Bag icons with 57 in total. Spookish Icon Update: 23 Icons!

A small update for Spookish as compared with the last one. I have made 23 new icons, with 20 for Drew Barrymore, 2 for Love and 1 for the movie Stranger Than Fiction. I would like to make some more for that a bit later, so put it in it's own category. :) I have placed all of the Drew ones here, but the others you can check out at Spookish by clicking the links above, and Drew's as well if you would prefer. :D All the Drew images are from this site, the love stock ones random sites and the single Stranger Then Fiction from the movie.

Spookish Icon Update: 210 Icons!

Here we have a nice icon update with 210 icons that had been lurking on my computer, screaming to be added. I also gave Spookish a new look, because I was tired of the old one and wanted to make it 'smoother' so hopefully I have managed to achieve that and make browsing icons a lot easier. :) You can see a small preview below and behind the cut you will find links to all the categories that have been updated, these includes various subjects like Heroes, Harry Potter, Animals and Heath Ledger to name a few.

Some of these icons are better then others. I am especially more fond of the select few that I have made with new colouring techniques learned and I will no doubt make full use of this with icons in the next update! :D

The Dream started off I was holding a folder and walking along a city street at night. It didn’t seem like it was a ‘quality’ place to be in the city, but I had a job interview and any that I could get lately wasn’t something I was going to pass over. A number of people were waiting outside a building and I knew I was at the right place. I checked my watch – 3am I was right on time. I worked on occasion freelance pitching ideas to small companies about advertisement ideas to promote their business and this seemed like it would be simple enough. I walked into the heavy room and knew I had walked into something I should not have ventured in. Ten large men all sat in this single room, vicious looks cemented on their faces and the one that proclaimed himself the leader an eyebrow raised.

“So, what is the deal?” He asked with his arms now folded across his chest.

I swallowed hard and quickly got the assumption this was not about advertisement and if I had paid attention to the characters outside I may have also worked that out myself beforehand. My bottom lip began to tremble and I had to run, get away before something terrible happened.

I ran out the door and took flight on the step falling on the ground while a roar of laughter followed me. I started to cry everything that had just happened catching up on me. I felt like I was stuck to the ground even if I wanted to still escape, left in the danger zone.

Then I heard the soft sweet scent of a voice that cooled me, followed by a hand that helped me to my feet. I looked up and my heart sank into a place it has never been before. He was about 6’1 slim slightly tanned skin and hair that waved neatly to his neck. His face was kind and his soft brown eyes soothed everything around me, he was like a living human angel. I cuddled into him, I could not help myself he had an auror about him that just drew me in and I felt like I could never let go. Emotions so grand washed over me and I forgot all about the fear I had or any troubles in life at all. He wore a long brown coat and underneath his clothes we very neatly dressed, perhaps a designer suit, but anything would have clang to his body and looked good.

It seemed some time had passed since the moment of our first meeting, because now we were meeting my grandparents. I sat on a lounge and he sat on the high part, playing in my hair. Everyone seemed to greatly appreciate his presence. He was not into himself, but appreciated the living breathing essence of all other human beings like he was perfect but did not see it.

I walked into the kitchen and my cousin was there. We talked about general things, then she peeked through the window at him and it was clear he affected her the same way he did to me. I was not jealous and she felt embarrassed making her desires visible.

“It’s okay I know how it is. I feel that every second I am with him.” I said to her with a reassuring cuddle that she gave back. In that moment I felt so happy. I had everything I ever wanted, a steady job that was now picking up more options and bigger clients and a man that had lifted my world into a state of bliss.

That dream guy was certainly something. I know I woke up from that dream and I wanted to remember him so badly I went back to sleep and another guy appeared with a large afro that I convinced him that maybe he could be this guy, but we had to straighten his hair so my cousin came to help do that. While I cried in the bathroom wanting him back. Haha talk about crazy. I wish he was real though. *sigh*

We got knocked out of the world cup, it's sad and wrong and I thought we could do wonderful things. Oh well, maybe next time. :( *hugs Australia*
